OUR SPACE

We make wedding planning simple and convenient. We offer transparent, competitive pricing from the very beginning. From the day you tour with us up until your wedding day we will offer you every resource and amount of support we have. When you book with us, you’re not just booking a venue; you’re booking with a family whose sole purpose is to make you feel important and to give you a day that you’ll remember forever.

Nestled on 50 acres in Arlington, TN, we have endless spots for picturesque photos on the property. Our outdoor space comes equipped with an outdoor bar, rose garden, fire pit, pond with a modern pergola, covered outdoor ceremony area, and a large cocktail patio.

THE VENUE

A newly built, all- white modern barn is the perfect canvas for you to showcase your style. With all- white walls, plenty of natural light, permanent white draping, modern chandeliers and string lights, this is the venue built to accommodate every style.

20 8' folding barnwood tables and 200 folding bistro chairs
1 13' table for a grand sweetheart table
Custom draping on the ceiling and in between posts
7,000 sq ft fully enclosed and airconditioned/heated space
Permanent string lights and modern fixtures
2 fully equipped getting-ready suites
Spare tables for head table, guestbook, cards + gifts, etc.
Catering kitchen with two refrigerators, ice maker and plenty of prep space
Indoor bar with refrigeration and two full-sized kegerators

SUITE #1

IT'S ABOUT WAY MORE THAN JUST A ROOM TO GET READY

Our bridal suite offers a grand suite with plenty of seating and lounge areas, a makeup bar with premium lighting, two mini fridges, flatscreen tv, Google home, and coffee maker to make those early mornings more enjoyable!

SUITE #2

The groom's getting ready quarters features a wood architectural wall, modern leather seating, flatscreen TV, pool table with ping pong board attachments, concrete paintings, lockers to keep all of your things safe and tucked away out of photos, a mini fridge, and darts! There is so much room for activities!

Outside, the room has a patio, dubbed the "cigar patio" with seating and even a putting green.

Fill out the contact form to schedule a tour

Secure your date with a 20% deposit & a signed contract

Payments are due every 2 months via Honeybook, Cash, Check or Venmo

45 days before your date, email a copy of your insurance policy

45 days before your date, a $550 damage deposit check is required

30 days before fill out the SG questionnaire with details of your event

*Southern Grace requires a $1,000,000 insurance policy for the day of your wedding with Wayne and Shannon Jeffrey listed as the secondary insured. If you are serving alcohol, you must include liquor liability if not provided through the caterer.
